LUFT Range Hood Policy & Warranty
Policy
All sales are final unless pre-authorized by our management. Returned goods must be accompanied by this bill and goods must remain in its original condition and packing. Also, we reserve the right to impose a 20% Restocking Fee. Opened or Installed merchandises are Non-Refundable. All Final Sales are Non-Refundable. All the Basic installation means the place where to install already has the hole and electric.
Warranty
All range hoods have Life-Time Motors warranty and 1 Year Parts warranty(Not include the filters and bulbs). All the range hoods for commercial using, only have one year warranty on the Parts and Motor. All hood from us has no 1-year labor warranty unless it is installed by LUFT verified technician.
